Tom's Priorities
- Students have knowledge of renting and don’t feel under pressure by letting agents to commit early.
- By having more job opportunities on campus, students will have a greater sense of belonging, will spend more time on campus and improve retention rates.
- By easing barriers to participation, students will feel more included and there will be a greater sense of community.
- Increasing signposting to relevant support systems, which will reduce stress and worries for students, in turn increasing their engagement in their course.
