CSU's Christmas Closing Hours

Happy holidays from Chester Students’ Union! We are closed from 5pm on Thursday 21st December, until 9am on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
During this closure time, students can still access immediate advice and practical guidance 24-hours a day through the dedicated Student Assistance Programme. Call the helpline for free: 0800 028 3766 to talk through any problem or use the Live Chat and video call options on the Wisdom app with our code: MHA146072.
The 24/7 Student Assistance Programme support includes counselling, exploring mental health concerns and also the option to obtain guidance on personal, financial and legal matters. If English isn’t your first language, there’s the option to connect you to an interpreter so you can chat in your preferred language.

If you feel unable to keep yourself, or others, safe then you should attend A&E or telephone the emergency services on 999.
