Your Committee

All societies are run by a voluntary student committee, made up of a President and Treasurer.

We also recommend that societies have a Secretary to ensure the smooth running of your activities. The committee takes the lead on organising society meetings, putting on events, running social media, and more.

CSU recommends that the Society should

  • Hold weekly/fortnightly meetings/socials and activities.
  • Dedicate 1-2 hours per week overseeing tasks, planning, communicating with committee and members, and keeping on top of communication from CSU.
