Book a Room

We offer a variety of spaces to accommodate your society's needs, each with its own unique purpose and vibe.

How to book

To book a room, please email csu@chester.ac.uk including the room name, preferred date, time, estimated number of attendees, and purpose of the booking. Please also CC in security@chester.ac.uk when you are booking any rooms out of hours.

Our team will promptly check the availability and confirm your reservation via email. Please note that if you haven't received a booking confirmation, the room is not reserved for you.

We kindly request that you leave the room in the same condition you found it and ensure it is properly left in a clean and tidy state after use.

For your benefit, we provide complimentary tea and coffee supplies in the open kitchen for you to use, and feel free to use the microwave and toaster for your own food. If these provisions are running low, please let us know.
