Peter Davies
Hi, my name is Peter Davies, and I am running for the position of President.
I am a final year student studying Sociology.
If I am elected, I will ensure that ALL students have their voice heard. I am currently the President of the Mature Student Society (Matsoc) and an academic ambassador. I am also the Mature Student and Parent Officer on Student Council
I am approachable and a good listener. I will listen to any concerns you have and take whatever action is needed to ensure they are resolved.
I am a firm believer that ALL students should get whatever support they need whether it is academic or something that might be personal to them that they are not sure how to deal with. I would be happy to listen to any ideas that might help both Chester Students’ Union and the University address any issues that may exist. I am also interested to hear any campaigns that you would like carrying out even if it is to progress an existing campaign.
I am a very proactive person and would continue to ensure that any change that is made is one that would benefit ALL students.
I strongly believe that if we work together, we can make great things happen.
