We really hope your University process is straight-forward, enjoyable and that you graduate with a degree in your subject area. Sometimes, however, you may encounter an issue with your course or experience at University. If for any reason you are unhappy and would like to highlight your concerns to the University, you have the right to use the University's complaints procedure.

How do I make a complaint?
There are two main stages to the complaints process: an informal stage, followed by a formal stage if necessary. A complaint should normally be raised within 2 months of the incident occurring.
