CSU recognises how stressful exam and deadline season is, so we ran ‘De-stresstival’ during the month of May to encourage students to get involves in self-care activities and educate students on how they can help themselves through healthy living and mindfulness.

Activities involved our recruited volunteers, #wellbeingwonderers, checking in with students to see how they were doing, handing out de-stress packs (lots of bubbles!) and providing them with top 10 tips for self-care, cuddling puppies for ‘paws 4 a break’ in partnership with Guide Dogs UK, handing out water and cereal bars before exams and loads, loads more!
