Thank you so much for submitting your idea – unfortunately, this time it didn’t reach the threshold of 25 votes to be presented to our student council. We think this is a great idea though so please feel free to post again or drop us an email to see how else we can help you!
As president of the students union, or VP Ed or Activities, it is pretty self explanatory why all students can vote for these positions. But why Chester based students are able to decide who sits on Warrington and Shrewsbury, when they can impact so much of the vote, is unclear. This means someone can win on election simply based on the votes they achieve at other sites, rather than the wishes of the students it really effects.
