Welcome to day four of our Students' Union wellbeing week! All week we'll be reaching out to you with wellbeing tips and information on how you can get support if you're finding this hard right now. The important message we want to impart is that it is ok not to be ok! If you're finding it difficult to keep on top of your work, or face the current situation generally, we're on hand to help you through it.

Today's topic is all about mental health stigma. Our very own SU president Eleanor Lewis is here to share how she believes we can approach mental health stigma:
