Our Board of Trustees oversee our work, creating and reviewing the strategy of the Union, managing the work of our staff through the Chief Executive, ensuring our financial stability and approving the policies we operate to. It is made up of a balance of interest: our 4 elected student officers, 3 students and 4 external trustees chosen for the skills and experience they can bring to our work.
There are four meetings a year along with the Annual General Meeting of all members.
We welcome applications from all backgrounds, we just need you to be over 18 and full of enthusiasm for the work that we do. We will provide training and support for the role. The role is unpaid but reasonable expenses can be claimed.
