Student Catering Assistant

 

Are you the next Gordon or Nigella? As part of the catering development for CH1, your campus Students’ Union Bar, we’re looking to recruit a number of students in to this newly created role, and we want to hear from you! In support of the Catering Supervisor, you will be part of a team that helps to devise and deliver new and exciting menus in CH1, offering exceptional quality with fantastic value.

Student Retail Assistant

 

From your morning Starbucks Coffee, to your lunchtime meal deal, to your official branded University hoodies and merchandise, our Student Retail Assistants are masters of all things sales. We’re looking for talented students with exceptional customer service skills to be the face of SUShop, ensuring the campus remains fed and watered on the go, with a smile!

 

No retail experience is required, just an eagerness to do well and a positive outgoing personality which will fit in to a fun-loving student team, helping to support the income generation work of the Union. Student Front of House Assistants

 

CH1 is the hub of the campus. It is your student bar which offers everything from a bite between lectures, a beer in the sun, a masterclass in cocktail creation, karaoke, quizzes and club nights, and everything in between. This is not just bar staff pulling pints – we’re on the hunt for students with unwaveringly high standards to champion our beverage and events offering, contributing to the buzz of the campus bar.

 

With experience in food and beverage and a tendency for perfectionism, you will be joining a team that loves to provide excellent service in a fun and social setting, helping to support the income generation work of the Union.
