Keeping yourself healthy whilst at University is extremely important in supporting you through your studies. If you're feeling physically or mentally unwell, this may negatively impact your time at University, and your grades. With this in mind, we have provided some information in the below pages on how you can keep yourself physically and mentally healthy, however if you do find yourself feeling unwell, please contact us for support on applying for extensions, deferrals and mitigating circumstances.
