The term ‘Mixed Martial Arts’ can seem quite intimidating – but here at the UOC MMA team we build our sessions to suit students with zero experience and to those who would be considered advanced.
We teach a range of disciplines from mauy thai, boxing, grappling, wrestling and jui-jitsu.
Each session is structured to encourage weekly improvements and to provide opportunities to compete in any of the disciplines from grappling to kick boxing should you want to.
Each session is taught by an experienced fighter; such as Jordan Baxter our club founder, who is currently a Cage Warriors Academy champion. This creates a safe environment in which the correct techniques are learnt.
