University is a great place to meet new people and have the time of your life. But with all the free pizza and kebabs on the way home from a night out, it can be hard to motivate yourself to work out and stay fit.
The University of Chester Fitness Society holds fun weekly fitness sessions for all abilities, whether you are a fitness fanatic or a complete beginner! Moves can be modified to accommodate each individual and sessions will progress throughout the year for an extra challenge!
Each session is different including anything from cardio, strength and flexibility to Zumba! We take suggestions through the year, so sessions are tailored to what our members want to improve!
We are a friendly group of people wanting to expand our society through socials, charity fundraising and keeping fit together!
