We are a mixed bunch of all abilities wanting to get fit together!
Joining a society can be the best way to meet new friends and have loads of fun. But with all the free pizza’s and night’s out it can be hard to stay motivated and enjoy working out. That’s where UoC Fitness come along. Our aim as a society is to make fitness classes fun for all. With progressions through the sessions and weeks, no one is left behind but everyone can be challenged.
We have two weekly sessions, including anything from cardio, strength and flexibility classes to boxercise and zumba!
We are a friendly, warm and exciting group of people, wanting to expand our society through socials, charity work and keeping fit together!
