Gaelic Football is an inclusive sport, with a wide range of ages capable of playing. It's not just Irish people who are interested in playing there are clubs all around the North West of England which are recruiting local members to try the sport. The game is played by two teams of 13/15 a side, on a rectangular pitch larger than a football pitch. Gaelic football combines skills of football, rugby and basketball all into one and is easy for beginners to pick up. Whether a complete novice or an County star, any type of level of experience is welcome.
