Varsity

Varsity 10 was played on the 8th May at the Chester Campus. Overall Chester came out on top winning 10 -8 over there arch rivals Warrington. The day went really well with many of the societies from both campuses getting involved putting on superb performances and stalls such as facepainting, cake sales and fortune telling.

Warrington did take an early lead on the day with a victory in the Mens Football game, winning on penalties after the scores were 2-2 aet. The Warrington campus also beat the Chester campus in the 2nds football match 3-2. However Chester got there act together and were victorious in the netball, mens hockey, womens hockey, FIFA and Rugby Union. Later Chester also gained the points in womens football, 7 a side, volleyball and poker. Warrington did stage a fightback with wins in dodgeball, pool and tug of war but it was too little too late.

Overall the day went really well with the sun shining as the day grew older, a bug thankyou to all the competitors, performers and supporters!
