We currently train on the astro three times a week during the following times.
Sunday 5 - 6:30pm - We practice stick skills and generally are a bit more relaxed at this session
Monday 8 - 9:30pm - This is the big training session, where we cover anything that needs to be improved and also prepare for matches on Wednesdays
Meet at 7:45pm on Mondays to do fitness before training
Thursday 8:30 - 9:30pm - More of a light session, although may be used to adress any issues from games on the Wednesday
